Day Four: The Art of Presentations

Day Five: Psychology in the Workplace

  • Motivation: Why work?
  • Behaviour at work – engagement and commitment
  • Conflict and conflict management
  • Dealing with difficult people
  • Leadership
  • Conclusions and action plan

The Certificate
