  • Encourage Blue Sky thinking
  • Creative problem-solving techniques
  • Seek out diversity
  • Action plan your steps to Leading for Creativity

Module 2: Storytelling for Influence

Session 1

  • Why stories resonate
  • How stories can improve Sales and Market Share
  • The psychology of the buying process and ow stories affect it

Session 2

  • How to develop a storyline that supports your Brand ideals
  • Communicating your story compellingly and authentically
  • Building storylines

Session 3

  • How to weave the narrative into your sales process
  • Varying your story by customer type
  • Making your stories ‘stick’

Module 3: Cultivating Creative Collaboration

Session 1

  • Rethinking creativity
  • Improving your creativity
  • Key steps to effective collaboration
  • 4 Stages of building high performing teams
  • 4 Step life cycle of creativity

Session 2

  • Increase communication and increase creativity
  • Establish a shared vision & common goal
  • Develop a collaborative, not a competitive, environment
  • Feedback: the essential ingredient of successful collaboration

Session 3

  • Barriers to creativity (and failure is not one!)
  • Use your collective intelligences – all 7 of them
  • Value, encourage and foster diversity and external views
  • Learn to work with conflict, not ignore it
