Mr. John Smart is a Senior Consultant with Anderson specializing in Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership Mentoring, Leadership Development, Management Development, People Development, Talent Development, Performance Management, Change /Transformation Management, Organisational Development (OD), as well as Behavioural Competency, Psychometric and Occupational Assessment.

John has held senior management positions gained in Consultancy, SMEs and FTSE 100 companies, within a diverse array of industries. More predominately he has worked in the E&P, Chemical Process, and Oil and Gas sectors, as well as Engineering Construction. During this time, he has worked with many senior HR professionals and Board members as both advisor and facilitator, as well as individually as an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor.
