The successful realization of the Saudi Vision 2030's and the related Vision Realization Programs (VRPs) depends - among other factor- on the existence of an appropriate governance framework and a strong risk management culture in the performing organizations.

Governance typically focuses on who makes the decisions, how the decisions are made, and collaboration enablers, while risk management focuses on decreasing the threats and enhancing the opportunities of implementing initiatives, programs and projects to realize the vision and strategies.

The Role of Governance and Risk Management in Vision 2030 Realization training course shall investigate the different dimensions, levels, relationships, and types of Governance that may exist within or across an organization. The training course shall also provide the principles, practices, tools and techniques of risk management and its role – combined with governance – in successful realization of the vision and the strategies and programs related to it.
