Day Three: Creating a Dynamic Team in an Age of Technological Challenge

  • Creating the Highly Effective Team: “in house” and “virtual”
  • Characteristics of Dysfunctional teams
  • Generational issues, diversity, challenge and harnessing potential 
  • Team audit: evaluating current performance to initiate future progression
  • Managing collaboration and collective wisdom:  the challenge of AI and “digital transformation”
  • Managing Change, the “What if” Factor., Transition and Crisis

Day Four: Motivational Coaching and Positive Outcomes

  • Motivation to Engage: Scope, Support, Connection, Voice
  • Communication to Connect, Clarify, Convince and Convey
  • Constructive feedback, conflict and handling difficult conversations
  • Coaching Models for individual and team success; practical sessions

Day Five: Personal Prioritisation and Future Focus
