Introduction

The oil and gas industry is characterized by complex operations, high-risk activities, strict regulatory requirements, and continuous pressure to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance. In such an environment, the role of the team leader is critical. Team leaders are not only responsible for supervising tasks, but also for influencing behavior, ensuring safety compliance, managing human performance, and maintaining operational discipline across shifts, sites, and projects.
